JOB SUMMARY: The Kane County Cougars are seeking a reliable and proactive Parking Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of parking services during home games, special events, and stadium activities. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and fan-friendly parking experience, while supervising a team of attendants and maintaining compliance with team policies and local regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Develop and execute PR strategies that enhance the team’s brand and public image.
Supervise and schedule parking attendants for home games and stadium events.
Manage traffic flow and signage to ensure efficient vehicle ingress and egress.
Serve as the primary point of contact for parking-related issues during events.
Monitor parking lot conditions, safety hazards, and cleanliness; report maintenance needs.
Train staff on customer service, lot layout, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with law enforcement, stadium security, and operations staff to ensure smooth event operations.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Provide post-event reports and feedback to Stadium Operations leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in parking, event operations, or customer service.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season and special events.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
Must be able to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, etc.).
