Job Description:
- Prepare the field for game, maintain during the game, and repair the field after game.
- Sod cutting and installations.
- Mowing, trimming, and use of blowers.
- Basic equipment maintenance skills.
- Field marketing and logo painting.
- Tarp pulling during inclement weather.
- Infield, mound and home plate building/maintenance.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Skill in the use of a variety of hand tools and motorized equipment.
- Working knowledge of the maintenance of sports field.
- Must be able to work Opening Day and July 3rd.
- Ability to stand, sit and walk for 5-8 hours throughout the ballpark.
- Ability to lift, pull, push and/or carry 50 pounds as necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
- Strong individual and team work ethic.
- High level of integrity.
- Required to work flexible schedule, including but not limited to days, nights, weekends and holidays
