Duties
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar effectively to optimize office operations.
- Utilize software tools to support daily operations and enhance productivity.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding services offered and provide necessary information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication within the employees.
- Stocking beverage cooler.
- Keeping up with laundry.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment is essential.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
