What are the responsibilities and job description for the ISS Storage Facilities General Manager position at Revak Keene Turbomachinery?
The ISS General Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operational tasks, customer
communication, employee safety, facility security, developing and documenting standard
operating procedures for receiving, storing and shipping customer owned assets, ERP system
updates, and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day oversight of warehousing activities at multiple warehouse locations
- Maximizing the revenue of each warehouse by optimizing equipment storage location /
- warehouse floorspace
- Employee training
- Financial review of all storage contracts to assure maximum revenue attainment
- Market analysis, identifying market needs and equipment storage pricing trends.
- Inventory control, assuring customer inventory accuracy at all times
- Assuring all required maintenance activities for stored equipment are completed and
- recorded as per customer / contract requirements
- Assuring that all costs for moving equipment in or out, and regular maintenance
- activities are captured and billed to the customer
- Develop business plan and geographic locations based on market size and accessibility

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Warehouse / inventory management experience required
- English Language fluency
- Computer & MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of rotating equipment and turbomachinery preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically up to 30%
- Able to work flexible hours on occasion to support client calls.
Experience and Education:
Associate’s degree or above preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse and storage management.
