What are the responsibilities and job description for the UXUI Designer position at Revalize?
We are seeking a skilled and passionate UX / UI Designer to join our team in a remote position based in the United States.
As a UX / UI Designer you will play a critical role in creating intuitive usercentric interfaces that guide both current and future products. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer you will work closely with product management and development teams leveraging your broad design skillset from wireframes to highfidelity prototypes to translate user insights and business objectives into exceptional user experiences that delight our customers and drive future product innovations.
Requirements :
- Drive the UX / UI vision using usercentered design principles and research methods.
- Design and conduct formal and informal user research sessions using feedback to refine concepts and validate design decisions.
- Create compelling design deliverablesincluding personas journey maps flow diagrams wireframes and prototypesto communicate user experiences at every stage of the design process.
- Help define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features.
- Develop interaction flows mockups and design prototypes to effectively communicate concepts to stakeholders.
- Conduct and / or participate in product usability tests using findings to iterate and improve designs.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers Developers and stakeholders to iterate and refine designs throughout the development cycle.
- Establish and maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across products.
- Advocate for design best practices and ensure user interface standards are implemented during development.
- Communicate effectively with crossfunctional team members and stakeholders sharing design rationale and improvements.
