JOB TITLE : Administrator
LOCATION : Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (Broad Street and Spring Garden Street)
POSITION OVERVIEW : We are seeking an experienced ASC Administrator to lead the establishment of a new Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully opening and managing surgery centers, with a strong preference for experience in cardiology and vascular procedures.
REPORTING : Director of Operations
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the planning, development, and opening of the new surgery center.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation requirements.
- Develop operational policies and procedures to promote efficiency and patient safety.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with medical staff to establish protocols for cardiology and vascular procedures.
- Implement quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, staff, and vendors.
