Essential Functions

  • Graphic Design : Create engaging and visually appealing designs for emails, social media, website updates, and other marketing content. Ensure all design work aligns with Revant’s brand guidelines and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Packaging & Product Design : Design packaging for products, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s visual identity and meets the practical requirements of production.
  • Sale & Promotional Content : Develop design assets for sales, promotions, and marketing campaigns, including banners, advertisements, and digital flyers.
  • Email Design & Preparation : Use our email marketing platform, Klaviyo, to create templates, upload images, and prepare campaigns for sending.
  • Social Media Templates : Create visually consistent templates for social media posts, ensuring that all content reflects the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
  • Miscellaneous Design Projects : Handle a wide range of design tasks, including logo design and other creative projects as needed.
  • Brand Design Consistency : Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs maintain consistency in style, color, and messaging across all platforms and materials.
  • Photography Editing : Support photography editing needs for marketing assets. Assist with photo shoot ideation and production as needed.
  • Creative Asset Management : Organize and maintain a well-structured asset library for easy retrieval and usage of images, logos, and other visual materials.
  • Collaboration & Feedback : Work with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager, as well as other internal teams, to deliver creative design solutions. Effectively incorporate feedback and iterate to ensure the best possible designs.
  • Photography : Support photoshoot ideation, production, and editing as needed.

Revant offers a competitive compensation package including :

  • Base salary or hourly pay range, $55,000 - $65,000 (dependent upon experience).

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma (including creating and maintaining Figma design systems).
  • Ability to create strong visual designs across print and digital platforms.
  • Experience with photography editing; photography capabilities are a plus.
  • Experience with packaging design and production processes.
  • Understanding of social media and email design best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all materials.
  • Strong organizational and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with photography and editing is a plus but not required.
  • Experience working with email marketing tools like Klaviyo or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Education and Experience

  • 2 or more years of experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in product and packaging design.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing for marketing materials such as emails, social media posts, and print collateral.
  • Familiarity with organizing and managing image assets for marketing use.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.

  • Work Environment - Hybrid (Tuesdays and Wednesdays in office)

    While working remotely, you will need a quiet space that you can use to allow you to be present and focused during work hours. In addition to two days in the office per week, your position may require you to be physically in the office more often when projects or in-person meetings are required.

    When working at the office, we operate under Good Manufacturing Practices which may at times require wearing safety glasses and closed-toe shoes. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

    Physical Demands

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job :

  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs., as occasional lifting and movement of office-related materials may be required.
  • Use of computer and office equipment. Proficiency in using computers, keyboards, and other office equipment is essential.
  • Some office-related tasks may require moving around the office, reaching for files, or accessing equipment, necessitating mobility and flexibility.
  • The ability to handle paperwork, operate office machinery, and perform various administrative tasks requires good manual dexterity.
  • Travel

    Minimal travel is required, though occasional travel for on-site meetings or industry events may be needed.
