Under the direction of Sr. AVP, Valuations, the Sr. Associate, Valuations role Support the monthly and/or quarterly valuation advisor process. Manages robust Excel models that aggregates and summarizes key fund level performance and key asset class metrics for the fund. Build and maintain effective control processes to monitor and track changes in the assumptions of valuation models. Provide portfolio analytics summaries and property-level performance reporting to Blackstone and portfolio company management teams. Provide management reporting for pertinent financial details and support for assumptions contained in valuation models. Communicates directly with Blackstone and Revantage teams to ensure process alignment and data Support Valuation Reviews, Analytics and Performance Reporting Processes. Maintain PowerPoint presentations for fund level investment reporting materials. Coordinates and consolidates data from various sources across Blackstone and portfolio companies and synthesized in a succinct manner. Assists in adhoc request or special projects at the request of the department, Blackstone, or portfolio companies. Reviews deliverables of COE support team prior to incorporation into working reports that are distributed directly to BX. Reviews deliverables from analyst on valuations reporting team before distributing to BX counterparts. This role is base out in Revantage headquarters in Chicago, IL at 233 S. Wacker Drive, Suite 4700, Chicago, IL 60606. Telecommuting: 3 days in office, 2 days at home.

Qualifications

What you bring to the role

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance or business-related field plus 4 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or a business-related field or related occupation. Alternatively we will accept Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance or business-related field plus 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or a business-related field or related occupation.
  • Required Skill: Argus Enterprise;
  • Required Skill: Real estate accounting and management systems
  • Required Skill: Excel-based Oracle Essbase/PBCS/iLevel
  • Required Skill: PowerPoint
  • Required Skill: Microsoft SQL / Power BI.

Base Compensation Range

$140,016.00 To $175,681.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.

Benefits: The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
