Role: ServiceNow Architect
Duration: 6 months CTH
Location: Alpharetta, GA
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the ServiceNow Architect to design and implement scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead the technical team in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and SecOps.
- Oversee development activities, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical recommendations.
- Ensure integration of ServiceNow with third-party applications, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise systems.
- Drive CMDB and Discovery implementation, ensuring accurate asset and service mapping.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Oversee system upgrades, security configurations, and compliance with IT governance policies.
- Maintain detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams, development standards, and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and workflows.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ITIL framework and IT Service Management processes.
- Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with external applications and cloud environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and Performance Analytics.
- Knowledge of Security Operations (SecOps) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience in ITOM and ITAM implementation.
Salary : $80 - $85
