ServiceNow Business Process Consultant

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant, required with ServiceNow.

• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.

• Experience with workflow automation, process mapping, and business process modeling.

• Ability to write detailed functional and technical specifications, business cases, and test scripts.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow configurations and integrations.

• Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise IT environment.
