Job description:
- Architectural Leadership:
o Lead the design and architecture of Oracle CX Sales and CPQ cloud solutions.
o Ensure integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) to streamline business processes.
- Solution Design & Implementation:
o Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical designs and solution blueprints.
o Oversee the implementation, configuration, and customization of Oracle CPQ and Oracle CX Sales modules.
- Technical Expertise:
o Provide guidance on best practices, design patterns, and methodologies for Oracle Cloud implementations.
o Ensure solutions adhere to security, scalability, and performance standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, IT, and operations) to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
o Conduct regular design reviews and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management:
o Support project planning, timeline estimation, and risk management.
o Mentor and lead junior architects and technical team members throughout project lifecycles.
- Continuous Improvement:
o Stay current with Oracle CX and CPQ product developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance solution efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Education:
o Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
o 7 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with a focus on Oracle Cloud solutions.
o Proven track record in implementing Oracle CX Sales, CPQ solutions, and integrations with other systems.
- Technical Skills:
o Deep understanding of Oracle CX Cloud suite, CPQ configuration, and best practices in cloud architecture.
o Strong knowledge of web services, APIs, integration techniques, and data migration strategies.
o Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Certifications:
o Relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle CX Cloud, Oracle CPQ Cloud) are highly desirable.
- Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
o Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience in industries such as technology, manufacturing, or consumer goods where Oracle CX and CPQ solutions have been deployed.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and CRM/CPQ best practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud security and compliance standards.
