Position responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them in selecting the right golf cart based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and guide customers through the sales process.
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our golf carts.
- Follow up with leads in your CRM to continue to help customers in the buying process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the dealership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer concerns and provide expert advice.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation, including contracts, financing applications, and delivery records.
- Collaborate with the service and maintenance team to coordinate timely delivery of golf carts to customers and resolve any post-sale issues.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
- Maintain a clean area and showroom.
Education and/or Experience
High School education or equivalent experience
Mathematical Skills required
Communication Skills
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
Physical requirements
Able to lift up to 50 pounds & to stand for extended periods
Skills and Abilities
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system, and tablets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
