Job Purpose : The purpose of a Foam Cutter to is accurately and efficiently cut foam materials into specified shapes and sizes for various applications. This role is essential in the production of high-quality upholstered seats, contributing significantly to both the comfort and appearance of the final products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Measure and cut foam to specified dimensions using tools such as electric knives, foam saws, etc.
- Select and prepare foam materials based on project requirements.
- Inspect foam pieces for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Lay out patterns on foam to maximize material usage and minimize waste.
- Gluing sheets of foam together using adhesive to form dual density foam
