Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized team member to support the Audience Acquisition marketing team and grow within this exciting team.
The ideal candidate will be a team player who is willing to take direction but also shows initiative and can work independently on projects.
The candidate must be a fast learner and willing to take on projects and direction as assigned.
The candidate shows a strong work ethic who strives to continually learn and grow their digital marketing skills.
The candidate must be organized, punctual and professional.
The role will support the team’s efforts on paid acquisition campaigns, with special focus on campaign operations and processes.
Works to efficiently traffic, setup and execute lead campaigns, ensure the timely completion of campaigns with accuracy and quality, work closely with operations, media buyers to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, and analyze results, behaviors and metrics in order to forecast trends that improve future efforts.
Must have basic understanding of digital marketing, and have prior ad trafficking experience with common ad servers.
Your Day-to-Day :
Help with digital media campaign builds including building campaign names, creative names, or audiences with an ad server
Trafficking creative tags and working with direct display partners to set-up and Q / A paid campaigns, ensuring the correct tags are being used and data is flowing through to internal dashboards
Monitor campaign performance and delivery, ensuring campaigns deliver in full to the agreed upon flight dates and budget spends. Proactively take action if campaigns fall short, either with makegoods or other adjustments.
Support the management, monitoring, and administration of advertising campaigns to ensure proper implementation and application of conventions and processes
Support internal processes; help to refine and implement work streams across the team and paid media channels to increase efficiency and enable communication
Identify, reconcile and resolve discrepancies with campaign naming conventions
Collaborate with multiple departments to support campaign processes and updates
Update reporting numbers and ensure accuracy
Update media plan documents with related pacing or other plan updates necessary
Collaborate with partners and internal team to ensure billing accuracies
