Job Description
As a Senior Instructional Designer contractor, you will participate in audience analysis and change impact assessments, using audience analysis and change impact assessment results to drive learning strategy and plans.
- Develop learning strategy and plans specific to each audience group designed to close any knowledge or skill gaps identified
- Create learning assessments to determine effectiveness of training / learning instructors, materials and events
- Create job aids / performance support materials to ensure end users have easy reference materials to use in their daily work
- Use change readiness assessments and other forms of change measurement, including pulse checks, to drive updates to the learning / training plan and materials
- 20% travel
