What are the responsibilities and job description for the Catering Server/Bartender position at Revel Kitchen + Catering?
We are looking for qualified and enthusiastic servers and bartenders to work weekends and Mondays for our upcoming restaurant opening and catering events. Staff are generally to provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire event process to ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction. Compensation includes salary and tips when provided by client.
- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the event area.
- Relay food and beverage orders.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
- Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
- Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
- Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
Shift:

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
