Production Manager

Revel Painting is looking for a talented Production Manager in St. Paul, Minnesota. We are a local, growing, company in the greater Twin Cities area and we are looking for a production manager. The role offers a compensation of $52,000 - $82,000 per year.

The Production Manager services both internal and external customers by driving painting projects to completion, with the highest quality, utmost profitability, meeting agreed upon timelines while coordinating a team of Paint crews subcontracted to ultimately delight our clients. This position manages all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to project completion and final collection of payments. The Paint Production Manager is responsible for assessing a job site to evaluate the efficacy of the original home remodeling agreement, as well as managing a team of subcontracted Paint crews. The Paint Production Manager supports our highly talented team of designers and business development experts in selling and producing high-quality, custom home remodeling projects integral to achieving our goals of superior product quality and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring efficient production processes on painting job sites
• Supervising production staff to ensure high quality of workmanship
• Managing inventory levels of supplies on every job
• Help marketing within local neighborhoods 
• Directing each subcontracted team to assist in execution of projects including establishing realistic timelines, fulfilling customer expectations, overseeing all on-site labor, bringing all projects to completion on time, on according to financial goals ensuring safety/security of job sites to the sheer delight of our customers.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a highly successful production manager within the construction industry but not necessary
• Strong customer service experience with the ability to work in a cross functional team environment. 
• Knowledgeable in interior and exterior residential painting
• Highly goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to communicate and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Great organizational and problem-solving abilities with excellent time management skills
• Fluency in written and verbal English required (fluency in Spanish is a bonus)
• Full time hours
