Job description
- This is a full-time on-site role as the head of operations for the team. This is a leadership, business development, and team management role. The head of operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks associated with real estate operations, ensuring efficient and smooth client experience from first contact, through contract and closing, and post-closing client care. This includes agent schedule management, client management, business management.
- This role is located on Hwy 30A in Santa Rosa Beach FL. This is a full time, in office position, and pay can range depending on experience.
- Manage the standard operating procedures to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Operations Manager Key Responsibilities
- Becoming an expert on all team listings. Knowing the property, the community, and the selling points of each.
- Receiving showing inquiries, setting up showings, and following up with agent's voice to voice for showing feedback.
- Working with our team admin to prepare presentations for buyer consultations and listing appointments.
- Organize and oversee all property marketing initiatives and manage cadence of marketing material distribution, open houses, mls tours, mailers, etc.
- Work in agent databases to identify potential opportunities.
- Looking for opportunities locally to improve team relationships with the public, brand awareness
- Anticipate client and past client arrivals and care packages, client gifting.
- Assist lead agents with farming projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Assist with lead generation, calling property owners, calling leads in database,
Schedule
- In office or virtual M - F 8:30am-5pm, weekends available by phone and in person periodically (must live near the Santa Rosa Beach area)
Candidate Requirements
- Real estate experience. Understanding of the process from contract to close.
- Real estate license
- Proficient in communication; especially voice to voice
- Extremely organized
- Excels in a leadership/management position
- Calling property owners and database opportunities
- Managing Listings; constant cadence of social posts, open houses, mls tours, postcards, email marketing.
- Overall management of the team business and ensuring all tasks are completed
