Job Summary:
We are seeking an IT Technical Lead / IT Manager with expertise in Active Directory, infrastructure, and network support. The ideal candidate will lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving improvements in IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Oversee Active Directory administration, including user management, security policies, and group policies.
- Provide infrastructure and network support, including servers, firewalls, switches, and cloud environments.
- Design, implement, and support IT solutions for clients, ensuring stability, security, and scalability.
- Lead IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and deployments for clients.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level resolution.
- Maintain and optimize MSP tools (RMM, PSA, and documentation platforms).
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and fun work environment while meeting business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and network support within an MSP environment.
- Strong expertise in Active Directory, Windows Server, and Group Policy.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, VPNs, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work hard, have fun, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Microsoft (MCSA, MCSE), Cisco (CCNA), CompTIA (Network , Security ), or ITIL.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
