Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Sprayer / Applicator to join our team in Western Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have experience operating commercial sprayers or farm equipment and a passion for delivering high-quality service to local growers. You'll be responsible for the accurate application of crop protection and fertilizer products, while maintaining safety and equipment standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate and maintain application equipment including sprayers and spreaders

• 
  Accurately apply fertilizers and crop protection products to grower fields

• 
  Work closely with agronomy team to ensure proper application and timing

• 
  Maintain detailed application records and compliance with regulatory standards

• 
  Assist with general agronomy center operations when needed

• 
  Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally in the field

Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or GED required

• 
  Experience with agricultural sprayers or farm equipment strongly preferred

• 
  Familiarity with Nebraska crops, fertilizers, and ag chemical products

• 
  Mechanically inclined and able to perform routine equipment maintenance

• 
  Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, and customer service focused

• 
  Nebraska Applicator License (or willingness to obtain)

• 
  CDL is a plus, but not required
