We are looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machining equipment. This role includes traveling to client locations and working independently or as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Engineers of all experience levels, from entry-level to experienced, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities :
- Provide post-sales support to clients, including technical training and operational assistance.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade CNC machining equipment and related systems.
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported technical issues, ensuring future operational success.
- Collaborate with both management and factory engineers to address equipment defects and improve product performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Handle work activities independently, prioritizing tasks as needed.
