CNC Machinist

Job Overview : seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join our team in Leander, TX. Candidates must possess a strong background in machining and CNC operations, with the ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Set up, maintain, and operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC lathes and / or mills.
Produce production and prototype parts with minimal supervision.
Review work orders to ensure full understanding of part specifications.
Independently set up tooling and fixtures for machining operations.
Perform periodic inspections to verify that parts meet required tolerances.
Operate and demonstrate knowledge of Haas or DMG Mori controls.
Edit CNC programs under supervision to address dimensional issues during initial setups.
Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in operating mills and / or lathes.
Ability to perform setups, read blueprints, and ensure dimensional accuracy.
Education : High School Diploma or GED.
Strong knowledge of machining processes and tolerances.
Must pass a criminal background check.
US work authorization required.
