What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Programmer position at Revel Staffing?
We are currently looking for an experienced CAM Programmer specializing in Siemens NX, Fusion 360, Hyper MILL, Mastercam, or SolidCAM. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize Siemens NX, Fusion 360, Hyper MILL, Mastercam, or SolidCAM to program parts for CNC milling machines, lathes, and various shop equipment.
Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical specifications.
Follow verbal instructions accurately and assist with material procurement.
Ensure strict adherence to ITAR, AS9100, and OSHA regulatory standards.
Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area.
Provide support for production tasks and assist in equipment maintenance and modifications as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous hands-on experience with CNC machining processes.
Familiarity with ITAR and AS9100 compliance requirements.
Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
Experience working in startup or small business growth environments is advantageous.
