Control Software Engineering Lead

Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled Control Software Engineering Lead to take ownership of the platform control software responsible for translating motion planner trajectories into drivebywire commands. This role will lead a team of five Control Software Engineers driving innovation in autonomous vehicle control systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain platform control software for autonomous vehicle motion execution.
- Lead a team of Control Software Engineers providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Implement control systems including PID controllers and similar methodologies.
- Work with vehicle dynamics and actuation systems to ensure precise motion control.
- Develop and optimize lowerlevel path planning algorithms such as pure pursuit.
- Utilize programming languages such as C / C Python and MATLAB / Simulink for software development.
- Apply control theory principles to enhance system performance and stability.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with robotics AI and software teams to improve system integration.
