Overview :
We are seeking a Controls Engineering Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of industrial automation systems. This role requires a strong background in Industrial Hardware Design Standards and experience managing a controls engineering team. The position reports to the Director of Industrial Controls and involves troubleshooting, optimizing automation processes, and directing electrical build efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor the controls engineering team .
- Oversee design, development, and installation of automation and test systems.
- Ensure compliance with UL508A, NFPA79, NEC, and IEC standards.
- Provide electrical build direction for panel shop and field technicians.
- Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Troubleshoot automation and electrical issues in industrial environments.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation .
