Senior HR Generalist
Job Overview
Our client, a leading independent Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company with a rich legacy of over 150 years, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist. This role will report to the Director of HR and play a pivotal part in supporting various HR functions, including employee relations, benefits, retention, and training and development.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support payroll processing (experience with Paycor HRIS is highly preferred).

Handle complex employee relations issues, offering guidance and solutions in a professional and confidential manner.

Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and retention strategies.

Facilitate training and development initiatives to promote employee growth.

Stay up-to-date with employment-related laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Provide support in implementing HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives.

Address and resolve HR-related concerns with strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications

Experience with payroll processing is preferred; proficiency in Paycor HRIS is a plus.

Strong background in complex employee relations management.

Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable, but candidates with logistics/warehousing experience will also be considered.

Deep knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
