Position Overview
The Director of Human Resources will oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition employee relations compensation benefits performance management and organizational development. This role will lead strategic HR planning drive employee engagement and ensure alignment between HR initiatives and business objectives. The position will be based in Schaumburg IL supporting a workforce of 115 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR initiatives including recruitment performance management organizational design and employee relations.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives supporting leadership in workforce planning and talent development.
- Guide managers in building strong teams managing change and fostering a highperformance culture.
- Develop and oversee recruitment strategies leveraging various talent acquisition networks.
- Lead organizational design transformation and change management initiatives.
- Drive diversity equity and inclusion efforts as well as employee engagement programs.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and provide datadriven insights to leadership.
- Manage total rewards programs including health benefits incentive programs and recognition initiatives.
- Oversee performance management systems to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement employee training programs tailored to departmental needs.
