We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team in Ashland Virginia. This role will work closely with manufacturing leadership to optimize operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with HR policies regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to drive effective budgeting workforce planning and succession planning strategies that align with short and longterm goals.
Provide tailored coaching and consulting to empower operations and administrative leadership in performance management and workforce development .
Lead and execute dynamic employee attraction and retention strategies ensuring ongoing engagement and strong organizational culture.
Utilize HR analytics to deliver actionable insights and clear impactful reporting on HR and companywide initiatives.
Serve as an ambassador for the organization representing the packaging facility at community and corporate events across the USA and Canada.
Drive change management efforts through open communication relationshipbuilding and fostering trust at all levels of the organization.
Advocate for continuous improvement introducing innovative concepts and guiding teams toward achieving their objectives with clarity and purpose.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resources Psychology or a related field.
38 years of professional HR experience in a manufacturing industrial construction or municipal environment.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in the U.S. and State of Virginia .
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems .
Leadership experience supporting a diverse industrial workforce.
Expertise in succession planning coaching mentoring employee engagement and culturebuilding .
Proven ability to drive buyin for solutions and lead change management initiatives .
Strong ability to build and support a customerfocused peoplecentric culture .
Experience with continuous improvement concepts to enhance workforce performance.
