Key Responsibilities:
Direct daily operations of manufacturing, including production, machining, and electromechanical assembly.
Implement and optimize processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain, to meet production goals.
Manage and mentor supervisors and production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee inventory and warehouse operations using ERP and MRP systems.
Support strategic planning and capacity expansion initiatives in alignment with company growth objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
Proven experience managing a plant or facility involved in electromechanical assembly.
Strong background in machining and working with metals and/or motor components.
Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint).
Must be a U.S. Citizen due to project requirements.
