Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent .

Must hold one of the following certifications :

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through an appropriate board (e.g., American Association of Medical Assistants ).

Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through an appropriate board (e.g., The American Registry of Medical Assistants ).

1 years of experience preferred .

Key Responsibilities :

Provide patient care in a physician office setting, assisting providers and staff in coordinating patient care .

Serve as a primary liaison between patients, families, staff, and providers.

Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient record management.
