Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) through an appropriate board (required).
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a physician office setting, assisting providers and staff in coordinating patient care.
  
• Serve as a primary liaison between patients, families, staff, and providers.
  
• Utilize EPIC EMR to maintain accurate patient records.
