Position Highlights & Compensation:

• Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
  
• First call every 10th night and second call every 10th night.
  
• Compensation: $230K - $287K annually (depending on experience).
  
• PTO: Approximately 10 weeks.
  
• Full benefits package with a $25K sign-on bonus.
  

Qualifications:

• Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio.
  
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
  
• Certification as a nurse anesthetist from the Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (or its predecessor).
  
• Current Certificate of Authority (COA) from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
  
• AHA Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect anesthesia care for a variety of services, including perioperative, obstetrical, pain management, and other specialty areas.
  
• Utilize the nursing process to assess patient needs, prioritize, and develop and implement an anesthetic care plan.
  
• Exercise critical thinking skills to ensure safe, quality, age-specific care.
  
• Manage pain relief, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, pulmonary care, and care for critically ill patients.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal care.
  
• Adhere to organizational policies, regulatory/accrediting body requirements, and professional standards.
  

Additional Information:

• Daily OR Starts: 5 plus Endoscopy.
  
• Focus on bread-and-butter cases including General Surgery (robotic and bariatric), Gynecology, Urology, Podiatry, ENT, and Vascular (EVARs performed in the Cath Lab).
  
• Experience with OB anesthesia is required (approximately 55 deliveries per year).
