About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer / Plant Engineer with 715 years of experience in industrial manufacturing metals industrial products or plastics . This role is responsible for leading engineering projects optimizing plant operations and ensuring the efficient design installation and maintenance of manufacturing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background problemsolving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced production environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage capital projects process improvements and plant modifications to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Design implement and oversee manufacturing systems ensuring compliance with safety quality and operational standards.
- Work closely with maintenance production and quality teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and optimize plant operations.
- Develop and manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase throughput and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and other regulatory requirements .
- Collaborate with vendors contractors and internal teams for equipment upgrades and installations.
- Provide technical support for equipment selection automation integration and process optimization.
