Our large, fully equipped main operating room features two surgical stations, allowing for efficient multitasking during routine procedures. We also have a separate operating room specifically dedicated to advanced, orthopedic, and specialty surgeries, giving you the space and resources to focus on more complex cases.

About the Role:

As a veterinarian at Revel Vet, you will:

• Focus on developing your surgical abilities, including orthopedic and soft tissue surgery, while learning new techniques and procedures
• Work in a well-supported environment with mentorship opportunities to help you refine and expand your surgical skills
• Collaborate with a team of veterinary professionals who are committed to creating an atmosphere of continuous learning
• Be empowered to take on surgical cases, with the opportunity to advance to more complex surgeries over time
• Maintain a high standard of care while minimizing stress and discomfort for your patients using Fear Free methods
• Engage with clients to educate them about their pets' health needs and ensure they are informed and confident in their decisions

About You:

We are seeking a veterinarian who:

• Has completed a surgical residency and is eager to further develop and perfect their surgical skills
• Has some experience with orthopedic surgery and is excited about learning more
• Is passionate about continuing education and improving surgical techniques
• Enjoys working collaboratively with a dedicated team and mentoring other veterinarians and staff
• Is committed to high standards of patient care, including a Fear Free approach
• Holds a DVM (or equivalent) degree from an accredited university and is licensed to practice in good standing in all states where applicable
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships with both clients and colleagues
• Is ready to take on the challenge of growing their surgical practice in a supportive and innovative environment
