The Recruiting Manager will perform recruiting and administrative functions in order to help our company thrive by sourcing and interviewing part-time staff and organizing administrative duties and procedures. This position reports to Rhino, the Event Staffing Division of REVELXP. The role is to create and streamline the recruiting and hiring process of all Rhino accounts, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and clarity.
Recruiting Manager duties and responsibilities include the following. Duties may be added or changed at any time based on business needs, without requiring additional compensation or benefits.
RECRUITING
- Conduct employment related research and manage electronic and other methods of sourcing qualified candidates for each account team.
- Assist each account team with customized screening and initial contact of applicants for part-time roles to determine qualification and interest level.
- Refer appropriate candidates to account team.
- Meet regularly with Account Managers to ensure recruiting efforts are aligned.
- Research and recommend pay rates in markets and keep track of current/future trends in Rhino locations.
- Identify potential in-house candidates for growth opportunities and account expansions.
- Utilize contacts within local markets to recruit from non-profit organizations, volunteer groups, associations and other sources.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Manage supply inventory throughout all accounts including gathering counts, ordering, shipping and payment of invoices.
- Partner with leadership in the development of training best practices for better staff information retention.
- Manage Rhino Rewards program with part-time staff.
- Maintain and run various ABI reports.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years of experience in effective talent sourcing methods, recruiting and interviewing
- Proficient communication skills using phone and online meeting platforms
- Experience using Teams; experience and skills, or ability to quickly learn, the use of scheduling tools to run reports, etc.
- Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
