Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our growing office operations. You'll work directly with our partners and other key stakeholders to manage office operations and provide administrative support.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing comprehensive support to our Partners, including calendar management, inbox management, making reservations, travel coordination, expense report submissions, and meeting preparation
- Overseeing daily office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, vendor relations, and mail distribution
- Assisting with internal/external event and conference planning
- Preparing and reviewing documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the main office line, managing office-related memos, and acting as a liaison between team members ensuring effective communication and follow-up
