What You’ll Do :
- Draft & negotiate commercial leases, purchase & sale agreements
- Provide legal guidance on transaction structuring, risk assessment, and cost management, ensuring alignment with client objectives and risk tolerance.
- Assist in developing and executing corporate succession plans.
- Negotiate and oversee shareholder, LLC, and joint venture buyouts.
- Develop and implement integration strategies following mergers and business acquisitions.
- Manage M&A, reorganizations & multi-property portfolio closings
