What are the responsibilities and job description for the Law Firm/Real Estate Executive Assistant to Owner position at Revelations Executive Search?
Executive Assistant to Law Firm Owner
Location: Woodland Hills
Full-Time On-site
About the Role:
The founder and principal attorney of a dynamic and growing law firm is seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to serve as his right hand. This is a unique opportunity to step into a pivotal role supporting a high-performing, fast-moving founder who currently wears all the hats — and would greatly benefit from someone who can take over several of them (once you prove you're up to the task).
This is not a traditional EA role. We're looking for someone with C-level Executive Assistant experience who thrives in environments where structure doesn’t exist yet but needs to. You'll need to build systems, implement processes, and help keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.
If you're the kind of person who anticipates needs before they're spoken, finds satisfaction in bringing order to chaos, and is confident managing up — we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic partner to Ben by managing his calendar, email, travel, and daily priorities
Create and implement systems and processes to streamline operations across the firm
Act as a gatekeeper and prioritization filter for internal and external requests
Support with real estate projects and transactions (bonus points if you have familiarity with contracts, scheduling inspections, or closing coordination)
Oversee general office administration including vendor management, supplies, and maintaining a smooth day-to-day workflow
Assist with team communications and light HR duties as needed
Keep projects and founder on track with reminders, follow-ups, and proactive check-ins
About You:
5 years supporting a CEO, Managing Partner, or C-level executive (legal or professional services preferred)
You don’t need to be told twice — or even once. You see the problem and solve it
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and obsessive about follow-through
Comfortable working with someone who doesn’t delegate easily — and ready to prove you can be trusted with more
Able to set boundaries diplomatically and manage up with finesse
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience or knowledge in real estate (residential or commercial) is a strong plus
Tech-savvy and resourceful — can figure out most tools without a manual
Why This Role is Unique:
This is an established law firm that is growing, and this is your chance to shape the executive support function from the ground up. You’ll have autonomy, visibility, and the satisfaction of knowing you’re directly impacting the firm’s ability to scale and succeed. This role is perfect for someone who thrives behind the scenes but makes everything (and everyone) better in front.
