We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.

Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but it is not required.
Please note this is a part time position. Schedule may be Monday to Friday 4:00p-8:00p including every other weekend.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
- Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
- Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
- Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
- Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
- Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
