- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, ideally in healthcare or medical imaging facility renovations
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Effective leadership, problem-solving, and team-building skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel weekly and adapt to dynamic work environments
