We work with hundreds of college and professional teams and major sporting events to deliver exceptional fan experiences, including full-service tailgates, premium hospitality events, and exclusive ticket packages. In addition to managing fan experience offerings, we also provide comprehensive hospitality solutions to our team and event partners with event staffing, event management, premium hospitality management, and venue installations.

Job Summary
REVELxp will provide students the opportunity to gain challenging and meaningful work in events. Our team members will get hands-on experience with client interaction, guest service, and problem resolution, while applying organizational skills to planning, equipment, and logistics. Our unique business model has allowed us to provide customer service at the highest level, all while offering a unique approach to each event. At REVELxp, you will experience the energy and commitment required at the start-up level while also gaining knowledge on how to maintain well-established systems.

- First-hand exposure to logistical operations and planning at a fast-growing company, which includes responsibilities ranging from warehouse functions like organization, equipment maintenance, and equipment loading/transfers to planning and setup for major events
- The opportunity to attend weekly meetings to ensure flawless execution through clear communication
- The opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a new niche of an existing industry
- Work directly with clients through attending client site visits and answering the phone
- Learn and administer policies and procedures regarding admission, catering, maintenance, and other premium tailgate operations
- Assist in managing designated premium areas on game days (to include every home TAMU football game, occasional additional events may vary)
- Prepare, organize, and maintain game day supplies and materials
- Communicate with tailgate operation crew, tailgate bellhops, university personnel, caterers, and guests
- Assist the General Manager and Deputy General Manager regarding their clerical duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- Passionate about sports, hospitality, and events
- Strong teamwork mentality with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn (must be a "team player"
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Prior event experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to work every Friday
- Willingness to work outside in varying weather conditions
