The Consumer Experience Outfitter is responsible for all aspects of order processing from initial purchase until the customer is satisfied with the delivery of their order. The Consumer Experience Outfitter is a primary consumer contact and is responsible for assuring the consumer receives excellent service, in addition to acting with Management as a consumer advocate
This position reports to the Consumer Experience Supervisor and is based out of our Hyde Park, Utah office.
As the Consumer Experience Outfitter, you will have an opportunity to:
Hourly Rate: $15.10 - $20.38
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

This position reports to the Consumer Experience Supervisor and is based out of our Hyde Park, Utah office.
As the Consumer Experience Outfitter, you will have an opportunity to:
- Respond to incoming consumer inquiries via phone calls, emails and chats within a 24–48-hour response time.
- Enter and manage consumer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate consumer returns and create return shipping documentation.
- Communicate Sales order changes to appropriate departments.
- Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager that supports brand initiatives.
- The ability to type 35-40 WPM.
- Consistent attendance and reliability.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Energetic phone skills – must be able to troubleshoot consumer product concerns.
- Comprehensive listening skills
- The ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships and be a strong and collaborative team player.
