We are seeking an experienced FP&A Director to join our Adventure Sports platform which consists of Fox Racing, Bell, CamelBak, Giro, and QuietKat. As the FP&A Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis process to help guide the Adventure Sports platform in making informed business decisions. This role involves creating financial models, analyzing data, and preparing reports that provide insights into the company’s financial performance and future projections.
This position reports to the Divisional CFO – Adventure Sports and is based out of our Irvine, CA office.
As the FP&A Director, you will have an opportunity to:
Annual Salary: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

As the FP&A Director, you will have an opportunity to:
- Facilitate, communicate, and track the execution of annual and long-term financial plans.
- Partner with business leaders to continuously improve and drive the business, improving growth and profitability through a process of financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
- Analyze the impact of business strategies and initiatives, customer profitability and segmentation, and channel and brand profitability as they relate to business strategy and company goals.
- Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders that support key decision-making in the organizations.
- Support the platform with standardized reporting to facilitate an understanding of demand and market signals. Collaborate with Merchandising to develop product/ channel forecasts.
- Support the platform with financial analysis on new idea generation and “size the prize” exercises.
- Support analysis around sales promotions and programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. CPA or MBA preferred.
- 10 years of progressive planning and financial analysis experience in a consumer products manufacturing/sourcing company.
- 5 years of management experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.
