JOB OVERVIEW
The Multimedia Content Producer will be responsible for developing high-quality digital content that drives brand engagement and customer education & interaction. You’re a visual storyteller and will work closely with our digital, social, strategy, and product teams to craft compelling visuals, videos, and potentially audio & written content for Revelyst’s Precision Sports Technology brands - Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, and PinSeeker.
A bias for action plus strong ability to prioritize and facilitate will ensure that this individual increases the value of the Marketing team’s output, and will grow the brand perception of Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, and PinSeeker. This person will ideate, collaborate, invigorate, and communicate.
This position reports to the Brand Marketing Manager and is based in our San Diego headquarters, working in-office at least 3 days per week.
As Multimedia Content Producer you will have an opportunity to:
- Found the in-house content capabilities & faciliites for the Precision Sports Technology platform
- Successfully manage multiple content projects & shoots from conception through to post-production under tight deadlines.
- Liaise and collaborate with representatives across and outside the organization, such as Engineering Department, Sales team members, and freelance contractors & production agencies.
- Facilitate, process, and prioritize incoming project requests
- Present concepts and designs to colleagues and executive team.
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to identify, create, proof, and distribute materials to educate potential customers about our products

Manage all produced multimedia assets according to departmental and company
standards. - Contribute to continual improvement of onboarding and customer experience content
- Participate in team or individual initiatives designed to improve standards and procedures.
- Prepare and deliver approved files for production.
You have:
- Demonstrated examples—via an online portfolio or social channel—of high-caliber creative content.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), as well as native in-app tools (CapCut) to capture, edit and assemble raw footage into polished assets.
- Strong understanding of creative content needs across core social media platforms, including latest specs acceptable formats, as well as most engaging content types and best-in-class brands/ambassadors.
- Expertise with product photography and video production and technical proficiency with cameras and gear.
- Experience negotiating with outsourced content assistance such as freelancers and agency resources.
- Keen sense of 2D & 3D product layouts.
- Aptitude toward ideating/developing creative concepts and soliciting, accepting, incorporating feedback
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfort in presenting and contextualizing work
- Comfort within rapidly changing landscape and priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
You might have:
- In-depth familiarity with the game of golf, and golf technology such as launch monitors and simulators
- Gaming, hardware, software experience
- Generative AI experience a plus
Pay Range:
$75,300.00 - $112,900.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
