Sr Manager, Product Finance

We are seeking an experienced Sr Manager, Product Finance to join our Outdoor Performance platform team which consists of Bushnell, Blackhawk, Camp Chef, Primos, Simms Fishing, Stone Glacier, and other outdoor accessory brands. The Outdoor Performance strategic priorities are to be consumer-first focused, lead with power brands, and invest inwards. We will build the Outdoor Performance business by creating focus and power with the consumer. Our Finance team will work cross-functionally to provide accurate financial forecasts, understand risks, and facilitate improvements to profitability.

As the Sr Manager, Product Finance for Outdoor Performance, you will be responsible for supporting the product innovation and Value Creation Plan (VCP) process. This role involves building and utilizing financial models to support financial planning. This role enables the Brand and Commercial teams to achieve increasing financial health through transparency and accountability.

This position reports to the Outdoor Performance CFO and is based in Bozeman, MT or Logan, UT

As the Sr Manager, Product Finance, you will have the opportunity to:

• Assist Executive Leadership and Brand Management in driving margin improvement within our brands
• Build and support Global Line Range Management tools to ensure data accuracy and track progress against our financial targets through the innovation process
• Build pricing scenario modeling and performing “what-if” analyses
• Support Brand teams on developing and evaluating business plans for new product lines/business objectives and developing ROI analysis on key tooling and investments
• Facilitate the Value Creation Plan (VCP) process by driving collaboration between the Commercial and Brand teams and building alignment and tracking on long term sales and margin targets
• In partnership with Brand Leaders, develop and report on KPI’s to track progress against key VCP initiatives
• Support commercial team with Joint Business Plan profitability and scenario analysis
  
  

You Have

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, MDA a strong plus
• 8 years of progressive planning and financial analysis experience in a consumer products company
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, present findings in a clear and concise manner, and influence decision-makers
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions
• Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization.
  
  

Pay Range

$112,300.00 - $185,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
