Job Title: A/R Audit Analyst
Department: Supplier Payment Review (SPR)

Location: Houston, TX 77046 (Hybrid: Onsite/Remote)
Position Summary:
Serve as a member of team tasked with auditing the accounts payable function of Fortune 500 companies with primary objective of recovering losses resulting from overpayments and credits not being taken. Revenue is generated by the compilation of well-documented claims analysis that is presented to the clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review accounts receivable (A/R) statements submitted by our clients’ vendors in response to our audit request
- Validate that information provided by the vendor meets the criteria of an acceptable response to our audit request
- Reconcile vendor statement to client’s accounting system to determine accuracy and completeness of report
- Maintain and update spreadsheet to document instances of non-compliance and communicate remedies to appropriate audit team member
- Ability to maintain sense of urgency and ensure quick turnaround time on assignment tasks
- Participate in special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
- At least 1 year of accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft is a plus but not a requirement
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel

Computer Skills:

Compensation:
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and incentive bonus program, which is based on individual performance.
