Job Summary

As a Project Manager, you will leverage your solid technical background and customer service expertise to drive successful implementation of the Revenova TMS for new and existing clients.  You will be responsible for managing project schedules, scope , and execution of client deliverables.  Your problem-solving skills will be essential for resolving project risks and challenges.  You will also perform configuration, training, implementation, and support of our application to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire project lifecycle, from inception to closure.
• Collaborates with clients to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develops and manages project plans and reports, maintaining consistent communication with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious implementation.
• Identifies and troubleshoots project risks, developing effective solutions to implementation challenges.
• Collaborates with the technical lead and product team to assess the business value of project deliverables and recommend product enhancements.
• Manages project costs and monitors project milestones, deliverables, and scope.
• Works closely with key stakeholders, including senior-level executive sponsors, partners, and vendors to define project scope and ensure timely delivery.
• Implements new customer solutions, performs follow-on projects, and provides customer support, including installation, configuration, customization, coding ,testing, documentation, training and data conversion.
• Adheres to company processes and creates artifacts to ensure repeatable, measurable project implementations and support desk operations.  Captures operational data on all projects and support desk activities.
• Collaborates with the product development team to define in-the-field requirements for productization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, implementation, onboarding, or similar consultative role.
• Hands-on experience with Business Software applications.
• Solid technical background with an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical       audiences.
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team management skills.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Experience in the Transportation, Brokerage, or 3PL industry is a plus.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree in IT or business is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Business Software

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
