About the Position
Become a part of REL's newest business line! We have multiple clients with scheduling needs for their patients. Come be apart of a remote team that takes care of our clients, and their patients getting scheduled for all of their medical needs.
Handle 80-120 IB calls per day, accurately scheduling clinic visits, imaging, surgeries, labs, and infusion services
Perform off-phone auditing, pre-authorization duties, and OB calls as required
Ideal candidate will be:

Accurate- Low error rate on existing teams (if applicable)

- Salary- $41,600 per year, depending upon experience, plus Bonus Pay Opportunities (up to $550 per month in additional pay)

- Must be a Colorado or Wyoming resident
- 2 years professional experience, with demonstrated history of retention
- Experience in customer service and/or healthcare preferred (but not required)
- Authorization to work in the US
- High school diploma or GED
- Advanced beginner to Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus!
- Typing 40 WPM with 90% accuracy preferred
- Must be able to work M-F 7-5pm
