The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for :
- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting patients to resolve billing issues, handle complaints, and sets up payment plans.
- Inbound and Outbound calls to patients regarding bills.
- Documents customer complaints, issues, and interactions in appropriate system(s)
- Performs other duties as needed and assigned by the supervisor.
