As a Revenue Recovery Wizard, you will play a critical role in recovering lost revenue for healthcare providers, making a tangible difference in the lives of patients and the success of medical practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate medical claims in accordance with insurance company guidelines and regulations.
- Assist in identifying and recovering lost revenue for healthcare providers by analyzing denied insurance claims, identifying billing errors, and advocating for claim reimbursement.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective revenue recovery strategies, including appeals, negotiations, and follow-up with insurance companies and payers.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve billing issues, answer inquiries, and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of revenue recovery activities, claim status updates, and communications with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- No prior medical billing experience is needed.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex billing and coding guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with billing software or electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact in the industry.
- Must live in Virginia
- Available to work between 8 am and 2 pm with some flexibility.
